About Dr. Susan Heredia
Beginning her career in education as a bilingual teacher in the Sacramento City Unified School District, Susan also taught in the credential program at the University of California, Davis, and served as Chair of the Bilingual Multicultural Education Department and Graduate and Professional Studies in Education Division at California State University, Sacramento. A native of California's capitol, Susan has committed her professional career and life to the development of Sacramento's youth through education, policy, and philanthropy.
